About Mike's Alignment
Mike's Alignment is a wheel alignment service in Charleston, South Carolina. It is listed at 1671 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29405, which places it among the local businesses of Charleston that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Charleston is in South Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Charleston is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across South Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I can recommend his work first hand. I took my beloved SUV 2wd hemi Jeep GC to him after drifting into some jersey barriers on i26 I arrived with my rear driver side wheel, extremely cambered, and in the position to make a right hand turn. In other words the truck was messed up badly. Mike is a whiz and he saved my cars life. Had I taken it to him prior to the accident then I would’ve never hydroplaned in the first place. The truck drove better all smashed up after he was done with it then it did when I bought it used- looking brand new. Thanks, Mike you’re a great human. If your steering is loose, take your car to Mike. It might save your life and he’ll definitely save your tires from wearing down.
